My Moody Monday


Okay....so I did a weak workout today (20 minutes light to non-existant cardio) BUT I did eat well! Oh, except for the lemon bar I had (I made them for the kids so I HAD to make sure they were okay). I had a moody Monday.
I love the ideas of a detox smoothie - I am making it for breakfast tommorrow! Also, the pic is another detox to make that is suppose to get rid of toxins, help lose water weight and when starting a new health plan. It sounds refreshing and has good reviews for taste (could be a great summer drink just add a little hard alcohol and we could double purpose it for a mojito....just sayin'!)
2 Liters Water
2 Mdm. Cucumbers
1 Lemon
10 Mint Leaves
Steep ingrediants overnight in refrigerator. Strain and drink until gone. Eat healthy!
I miss you ladies already - funny how that happened!
